Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping costs (including VAT).

We do not charge shipping costs.

Delivery times

The current situation with the Covid-19 means that delivery will take a little longer. We apologize for this.

*For orders of Nespresso products that can be shipped from Germany, a delivery time of 1-3 business days after shipping confirmation applies. For the remaining products and countries, the 9-19 business days after shipping confirmation is still valid as delivery time.

As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place within 9 - 19 working days after dispatch confirmation, (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
